Kai Sotto’s hardwork is already paying dividends.
The 7’2 Filipino basketball sensation impressed in his first official game in the United States as a member of Atlanta-based development program The Skills Factory (TSF) National.
Sotto tallied a strong double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds, albeit in a losing effort as his team felt short against IMG, 61-65, on Sunday.
A highlight clip from Overtime showed the visibly bulkier 17-year-old owning the paint and throwing down several monster jams with ease.

Sotto, who was named the UAAP Juniors MVP in Season 81, has been staying in Atlanta for several months now to further hone his game and improve his chances on becoming the first ever full-blooded Filipino to be drafted in the NBA.
He recently announced his decision to join TSF, which also produced NBA stars James Harden and John Wall.
