CONTROVERSIAL second generation player Ray Parks apologized to the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League for his post game comments that are deemed detrimental to the league.
“It takes a real man to apologize for his actions. So I’ll be a man and own up and say sorry,” wrote Parks on his Twitter account.

Parks has been critical about the MPBL even before he entered the league as a player for the Mandaluyong El Tigre, one of the expansion clubs in the fastest growing regional amateur basketball league put up by Senator Manny Pacquiao with PBA legend Kenneth Duremdes serving as commissioner.
On the heels of his team’s loss to the Muntinlupa Cagers-Angelis Resort on opening day, Parks issued confrontational statements, particularly from the officiating and treatment that he received from the MPBL.
