FORMER PBA champion and ex-UAAP Finals MVP Jojo Duncil is headed to the Navotas Clutch to complete his comeback on mainstream basketball via the MPBL.
Duncil was picked up by the Clutch after the player was released to the free agency market.
The transaction was approved last December 20, which makes Duncil eligible to play 48 hours after the approval.
Duncil made a comeback after a three-year hiatus and he was acquired by the Quezon City Capitals before the start of the season. He was released midway the elimination round to the free agency and he was picked up by the Mandaluyong El Tigre,
After playing one game for the El Tigre, Duncil had a falling out with the squad and was put on free agency.
He is expected to provide leadership and experience to the Clutch, who are still vying for a spot in the top eight to make it to the playoffs.
