Bulls’ Robin Lopez claims another ‘victim’ after knocking down Raptors mascot

‘The series don’t start till you win on the road’ – Lillard on Blazers 2-0 lead against Oklahoma

Robin Lopez does not like mascots.

The Bulls center has a history of engaging with mascots of opposing teams on road trips and Sunday night (Monday, Manila time) was no different.

Chicago traveled to Toronto to take on the best team in the Eastern Conference and the Raptors’ mascot had a surprise waiting for Lopez. Lopez didn’t take kindly to the mascot’s joke, which directed him to be nicer to his twin brother, Brook, who plays for the Bucks.

Lopez responded the only way he knew how: By pushing the Raptor to the ground.

Clearly mascots haven’t gotten the message to stay out of Lopez’s way, but it’s all in good fun.

The Bulls entered Sunday’s matchup with a 10-26 record. They’ve won three of their last five games.
