WATCH: The best highlights from the 2019 PBA All-Star Game

Shaquille O’Neal goes wild in mosh pit at Tomorrowland

The PBA’s biggest and brightest stars played under one roof in Calasiao, Pangasinan last night for the 2019 PBA All-Star Game festivities.

The likes of Beau Belga, Peter June Simon, and Rey Guevara showcased their individual prowess in the Skills competition, while Rain or Shine rookie Javee Mocon stole the spotlight in the Next Gen match-up.

But the league certainly saved its best for last in the highly anticipated All-Star exhibition, as buckets came fast and plenty inside the Calasiao Sports Complex.

The North squad upended the South side in an extremely high-scoring 185-170 affair— with Ginebra’s Japeth Aguilar and San Miguel’s Arwind Santos sharing the MVP accolades afterwards. But the true winners were certainly the PBA fans inside the arena and the thousands watching at home who were treated to a fun-filled weekend.

FOX PH compiled the best highlight reel-worthy plays from the All-Star game.

Dunks galore for Jumpin’ Japeth

Japeth Aguilar had one goal in mind from the opening tip — to powerfully jam the ball every chance he could. He accomplished the feat, turning the 48-minute game to his personal aerial display.

Old school flava from Patrimonio, Paras

Benjie Paras could throw it down with the best of them during his heyday, but he needed a boost from June Mar on this one.

“The Cap”, meanwhile, proved he still has that ‘pektus’ on his arsenal.

‘The Kraken’ with the hammer

As big as Fajardo is, we rarely see him throw it down hard as much as we want to. The All-Star game, of course, was an exemption.

Paul Lee, or Steph Curry?

Paul Lee channelled his inner Steph Curry on this one. Good thing he drained the shot, or he would have been more of a Nick Young.
