Lucena City — Gilas Pilipinas’ most potent offensive weapon is ready to go to war in the 12th SEABA Cup next month.
Naturalized player Andray Blatche declared his readiness to don the country’s tri-colors anew, this time in the May 12-18 event in Manila that dangles a lone ticket to the 2017 FIBA Asia Cup slated at Beirut, Lebanon in August.
Mga Kababayan! I am so excited to be back and win for my fellow Pinoys. Please come and see us all play at SEABA. Laban! Puso!

Expected to arrive early next week, the 30-year-old Blatche should come in on his usual fighting form since he’s coming off a championship run with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers in the Chinese Basketball Association more than two weeks ago.
Blatche last saw action for the Nationals back in the Manila Olympic Qualifying Tournament last year.
