Conor McGregor and the rest of the twitter community had plenty to say after his 150k fine from the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
The Irishman was forced to pay a $150 000 fine and do 50 hours of community service for his bottle-throwing outburst at the UFC 202 press conference in August.
Of course, the UFC featherweight champion had a comeback…
I get fined more than these bums get paid

McGregor fined $150K for throwing a water bottle, Derrick Lewis says he's voting for Trump and it's not even noon on the West Coast yet.

So fine him. Fining him $300,000 for it, as I said before, is absolutely deranged. https://t.co/RlQEjvEAAO

Lundvall talking about "athletes being taught a lesson" and "humbled" is an actual thing that's being talked about right now.

I’m not a fan of these “creative” punishments by the commission. Even the community service imposed on Jones, Cormier seemed odd. A PSA?

You know you messed up when prosecution wants a $25k fine and you end up getting $150k fine!
