Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc won't risk aggravating Zlatan Ibrahimovic's calf injury, with an eye on him being fit for Sweden's Euro 2016 campaign.
The Ligue 1 Player of the Year hobbled off the pitch in the 70th minute of the 1-1 draw against Bordeaux on Wednesday night, having earlier scored the opening goal.
Blanc revealed after the match that the injury is a recurrence of an existing issue and that he intends to give striker enough time to recover ahead of the Coup de France final and the European Championship.
"Ibrahimovic has a minor problem with his calf, but it was enough for him to prefer to be taken off," Blanc told reporters.
"Fatigue is slowly starting to play a role, but he will do everything to play in our last league game against Nantes and in the Coupe de France final against Marseille.
"There are some important things coming up for him like Euro 2016, though, so we will not take any risks."
