Club president of Real Madrid Florentino Perez says it is impossible to improve their first-team squad with any new signings.
Perez statement has been made to confirm that Los Blancos will not be active on transfer deadline day.
Alvaro Morata's return to the club has been the only 'marquee' signing of the summer for the Spanish giants and Perez feels their strong start to the season has vindicated their decision of keeping the current crop of players together.
"We have already claimed the UEFA Super Cup and won the first two La Liga games. We have a spectacular squad, impossible to improve," he told reporters.
"[Coach Zinedine] Zidane, his whole coaching staff and the players are very conscious of their responsibility and want to show what they are capable of.
"This is a sacred place for football and a place in which millions of fans place their dreams."
Meanwhile, playmaker Isco denied reports of a move to the English Premier League in a recent interview with Cuatro TV in Madrid as simply stating, "I stay, I stay," when asked about his future this afternoon.
