Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has praised Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino for the manner in which he has transformed the club.
Neville, a former Premier League winner and now a pundit for Sky Sports, feels that moulding an underperforming squad into real title challengers deserves massive recognition.
After finishing third and qualifying for the Champions League last season, many have tipped the Premier League trophy to end up at White Hart lane for the first time, come the end of the current campaign.
"The job that he has done. When you remember the mob that he picked up when he got here – the likes of Adebayor, Kaboul and Paulinho," Neville told BBC Football.
"There is no way they could play at the level that Mauricio Pochettino wants. The speed and the energy.
"Now, inside two years, the transformation [at Tottenham] – even last season. It is a brilliant coaching and recruitment job.
"We're hearing less about Daniel Levy and more about the coach."
