The reigning La Liga champions host Deportivo La Coruna at Camp Nou on Saturday, and the 24-year-old has confirmed the injury status of Messi, who recently missed out Argentina's World Cup qualifying fixtures against Venezuela, Peru and Paraguay.
"Leo is OK, his (fitness) is perfect," Neymar said at a Panasonic-hosted event.

Enrique has come under criticism for the adoption of Barcelona's rotation policy, with their 4-3 loss against Celta Vigo being attributed to the coach's decision to rest some of his star players.
"You have to accept rotations," Neymar added. "The manager always speaks with us and we know there are a lot of games until the end of the season and everyone wants to be at their best at the end of the campaign.
"We're all aware of the matter, it's for our own good, so we have to accept it."
