PSV Eindhoven general manager Toon Gerbrands says the Eredivisie club are keeping tabs on Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel.
The 23-year-old Dutch international scored eight goals in thirteen games while on loan at the club at the end of last season.
PSV had wanted to extend his loan deal, but a knee injury forced him to return to Chelsea for treatment.
The former Vitesse player, who has also spent time on loan with AC Milan and Stoke City, has made just two appearances for the Blues since signing in 2013.
Gerbrands told De Telegraaf: "Interestingly, Van Ginkel is also back on the loan market in January.
"He completes his rehabilitation in November, after his knee problems are over. PSV are keeping a close watch on Van Ginkel’s situation."
