Barcelona have received a massive boost with the news that Brazilian forward Neymar has put pen to paper on a new five-year deal.
The 24-year-old joined the Spanish giants in 2013 from Brazilian outfit Santos, and has gone on to make 150 appearances in all competitions, bagging 91 goals in the process.
The Brazil international penned his new deal at the club on Friday afternoon, keeping him tied to the Blaugrana until 30 June 2021.
Speaking to the club's official website after penning his new contract, Neymar said: "I'm happy on and off the pitch and the players are incredible.
"It is a shock to see how good these players, who have won everything, have been to me and how humble they are."
Neymar has made nine combined appearances in the Champions League and La Liga, netting six times and providing eight assists.
