FC Porto loanee Bruno Martins Indi has confirmed that he is engaged in negotiations with Stoke City with the view of making his loan move permanent at the Premier League outfit.
The Dutchman joined the Potters on a season-long deal and has subsequently featured in every single game since Mark Hughes handed him his debut in September.
"We are talking to each other, the club and me," he told Sky Sports.
"I have the intention to stay. We want to see what is going to happen.
"I was following Stoke City before I was here and I knew the way the manager wants to play. He gave me a lot of confidence to come here and he trusted me, I am happy that I could give him that back," he concluded.
