Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis close to completing his permanent move to Turkish outfit Galatasaray, following a loan spell at Marseille.
The France international is set to join Galatasaray for around £2.5million. He signed for the Swans on a free transfer back in 2014.
The 31-year-old was sent out on loan to Ligue 1 outfit Marseille last season where he scored an impressive 20 goals in 31 league games to help the French side finish fifth in the standings.
Upon his departure to Turkey, Gomis wrote on his Instagram account: "I had come with a very specific goal, to help the club qualify for Europe and score 20 goals, and this happened.
"Today a page turns for me. I have made the choice to leave for a new experience, I leave with a heavy heart because I leave friends, brothers, a stadium, a city, a family, great men."
