Nigeria U23 international and Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi is set for a third loan spell away from the English club, this time with Royal Excel Mouscron.
The 19-year-old, who has reportedly had issues getting a work permit in the UK, also spent loan spells at FSV Frankfurt and NEC Nijmegen over the past two seasons.
The Reds confirmed on Twitter and on their website that Awoniyi will play his football in Belgium's top flight for the 2017/18 campaign.
"Good luck, Taiwo. Awoniyi to spend 2017-18 on loan at Royal Excel Mouscron.
"The striker, who signed for Liverpool in August 2015, joins up with the Belgian side following the beginning of their league campaign on Sunday."
Awoniyi was an U17 World Cup winner with Nigeria in 2013.
Mouscron avoided relegation to Belgium's second division by a single point last season.
