As far as Jurgen Klopp knows, Philippe Coutinho is still injured and will miss Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.
Coutinho has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona, who are reportedly determined to sign the Brazilian this transfer window, but the Reds seem equally unwilling to let him leave.
The attacking midfielder has already handed in a transfer request but Liverpool rejected it as they aim to keep him at least another season.
The 25-year-old missed the Merseyside club's opening league fixture, which they drew 3-3 with Watford, and is now still sidelined with a back injury.
"Coutinho still hasn't trained yet," Klopp told reporters on Thursday.
"Nothing to say from my side. We have already said what we have to say. Nothing new," he added, when asked about the transfer interest from Barca and the player's attitude.
"I have nothing to say about his attitude. He has a back injury. Our medical department have no complaints."
