West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has revealed that he is getting used to the immense pressure of the Premier League, amidst speculation over his future.
The Irons lost their first three games of the season before a win over Huddersfield Town and a draw with West Brom appeared to take some pressure off, but the recent defeat to Tottenham has put Bilic under the pump once again.
Following the news of Carlo Ancelotti's sacking as Bayern Munich boss, Bilic's job at West Ham has come under fire again, with the Italian being linked with the Hammers post.
However, Bilic insists he is not fazed by the constant scrutiny anymore and hopes his players react positively against Swansea City.
"It's like we are playing a cup final every week. It's not like a league game," he said, as quoted by the Independent.
"But at least we got used to that – or I got used to that – and we are reacting. Hopefully we will do the same on Saturday."
