Juventus centre-back Giorgio Chiellini has shed some light on the winning culture that has been cultivated at the Serie A champions.
The Bianconeri have won six consecutive Scudetti and are targeting a seventh this season. They are, however, four points off leaders Napoli after 14 games.
Chiellini has explained that Juve teams are expected to win everything and that it has created a winning culture amongst the players over the years.
"At Juve, winning is almost an obligation," he said in an interview with Simona Sodini of the Juventus Women's team.
"When you win you feel like you've done your duty, and more than an exaltation, it's relaxation after months of sacrifice.
'To stay at Juventus for so many years, you have to be a certain type of person and work with passion every day. The pitch is just a consequence of that.
"You always hope not to lose, but the truth is that defeat gives you the right incentives and focus to win in the end."
