PH Women’s Football Team heads to Japan for training

The national team is set to embark on a training camp in Japan this Tuesday, 1 August 2017, as arranged by the Philippine Football Federation in cooperation with Japan Football Association (JFA)

21 players that have been called up for the national team will participate in this camp and is lead by head coach Marnelli “Let” Dimzon.

A series of friendly matches is lined up for the team against the following squads: Nojima Stella Kanagawa on 4 August, Yamanashi Gakuin University on 6 August, and U-18 JFA Academy on 8 August.

The camp will serve as the squad’s final preparation for the 29th Southeast Asian Games which starts on 19 August 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
