Eredivisie outfit Willem II have invested in their future by signing Arsenal youngster Daniel Crowley on a three-year-contract.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder started his career at Aston Villa where he was snapped up by the Gunners who sent him out on loan to Barnsley in 2015.

Last season, Crowley spent six months at Oxford United before going to Netherlands for the latter half of the campaign to play for Go Ahead Eagles where he scored two goals and contributed with two assists.

The Englishman failed to make a breakthrough into the Arsenal senior team, but played 36 U21 games over two years, scoring six goals.
