Feyenoord have reportedly scouted Australian defender Scott Galloway on a number of occasions in recent months, according to ELF Voetbal.
The 20-year-old right back currently plays for Melbourne Victory and has more than 40 caps at age group level for the Australian national team. Whilst Galloway has mostly featured in the backline for his club, he has played as a defensive midfielder at times.
Feyenoord aren’t the only side linked with Galloway – Bundesliga club Hamburger SV are also reportedly interested in the player who is believed to have a one million euro buyout clause in his contract.
Should he join Feyenoord he will become the third Australian after Luke Wilkshire and Brett Emerton to have played for the Rotterdam club.
