Steven Naismith has completed his move from Everton to Norwich City on a three-and-a-half-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The Scotland international has scored 18 goals in just over 100 Premier League appearances for the Toffees since joining from Rangers in 2012, but was not first choice at Goodison Park.
“I’m very happy to have signed because now I can concentrate on the football side of things,” the 29-year-old told his new club’s official website.
“Norwich have displayed class in the way they’ve done their business all the way through. They’ve shown how much they wanted me, which is great, and I’m delighted to be here.”
Canaries boss Alex Neil is hoping to see the former Kilmarnock star add another attacking threat to his team, who are currently 16th in the Premier League standings, just two points off the relegation zone.
“We are delighted to conclude this deal and bring Steven to the club,” Neil said. “He’s a proven performer at Premier League level and an established international with Scotland so arrives with excellent pedigree.”
