FC Seoul coach Choi Yong-soo was impressed with his charges attitude during their emphatic AFC Champions League win over Shandong Luneng on Wednesday.
The South Korean outfit dominated Shandong in Jinan, winning 4-1 with Adriano scoring a brace for the visitors.
"Our players have been extremely concentrated, and their attitude and spirit were perfect," Yong-soo told the-afc.com.
"We managed to control the pace of the game. It is unfortunate for Shandong that they only scored once, but I think they haven't been in their best shape yet.
"We were aware that Shandong is a good team with talented players including foreign ones."
The victory saw FC Seoul move to the top of the standings in Group F, three points clear of Shandong. Yong-soo attributed the win to teamwork.
"They are a good opponent, but our win is based on teamwork," he added.
"I hope we can keep this status and repeat what we presented."
