Argentina have named Super Rugby stars Santiago Cordero and Matias Moroni in their squad for the two remaining rounds of the Sevens Series.
Head coach Santiago Gomez Cora has included the international duo in his 12-man group for May’s upcoming tournaments in Paris and London.
Both have played sevens in the past before heading off to Rugby World Cup 2015 last year and joining up with the Jaguares, but have been named in Gomez Cora’s side with one eye on the Olympic Games in Rio.
Argentina currently occupies sixth position in the World Rugby Sevens Series standings, with the Paris tournament scheduled to run from May 13-15 and London to follow the week after on Saturday and Sunday.
Argentina Sevens squad: Santiago Alvarez, Santiago Cordero, John Paul Estelles, Rodrigo Etchart, Baustista Ezcurra, Fernando Luna, Matías Moroni, Axel Müller, Gaston Revol, Javier Rojas, Franco Sabato, Germán Schulz.
