Saturday’s Serie A round-up

What might they find in Area 51?

Saturday's Serie A action saw Torino win big in their clash with Udinese, while Fiorentina played out a goalless draw with Chievo Verona.

Torino had no problems against Udinese at Stadio Communale Friuli, where they cruised to a 5-1 victory.

Pontus Jansson opened the scoring in the 12th minute, with Afriyie Acquah doubling Torino's lead on the stroke of halftime.

Felipe pulled one back soon after the break but Josef Martínez bagged a second-half brace either side of another strike from Andrea Belotti.

Fiorentina, meanwhile, will have to settle for a point after they were held to a 0-0 draw with Chievo at Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi.

The result leaves La viola in fifth place on the table, the final qualification spot for European football next season.
