Griezmann takes aim at Barca

Brazil ladies ‘in harmony and ready’ for World Cup challenge

Atletico Madrid winger Antoine Griezmann is hoping his team can continue their perfect start to the season when they meet Barcelona at Vicente Calderon on Saturday.

Both sides have won their opening two La Liga games, but Los Rojiblancos lost both league clashes with Barca last season, who also knocked them out of the Copa del Rey.

But despite Atleti's recent struggles against their Catalan opponents, France international Griezmann insists they are ready for the challenge.

"We've got two wins under our belt, now we'll be going for the third," he said. "We'll be going out there to give everything we've got.

"It's going to be difficult because Barca always like to control the ball but we'll press them high up the pitch, be solid at the back and try to put a goal past them.

"We enjoyed a really good pre-season which has helped us when we're out on the pitch – we are connecting better and finding each other which makes it all a lot easier."
