M'Baye Niang is doing all he can to be ready for AC Milan's only chance to lift a trophy this season, the Coppa Italia final against Scudetto winners Juventus.
The centre-forward played a key role in bringing the Rossoneri to the final of the prestigious cup tournament, scoring three goals in four appearances.
An ankle injury picked up in a traffic accident days before the second leg of the semi-final against Alessandria sidelined Niang for what could be the rest of the campaign.
However, the France Under-21 international has assured fans that he is doing his utmost to be fit for the cup final against Juve.
"I've had this injury that's kept me out for three months. I've tried to work hard to be back to my best for the Coppa Italia final," Niang told Milan Channel.
"I'm working with that objective. I'm working with the coaches, this week I started working with the ball and that makes me feel good with my team-mates. I still have 10 days to return to top condition."
