On-loan full-back Lucas Digne says the regular game time he's been getting at Roma has boosted his confidence and he'd like to remain in Italy.

the 22-year-old has spent the entire season with the Serie A runners-up on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, making the starting line-up on 32 occasions.

"Going to Roma has helped me a lot," Digne told RMC Sport. "It allowed me to have game time and regain my confidence. I made the choice to go to Roma so I'd have game time.

"I've learned a new culture, both in life and in football. I think I've progressed a lot, especially defensively.

"Will I stay? I don't know yet, Paris and Roma are discussing it, then we'll see what happens. I'd like to continue my adventure with Roma.

"I want to stay at Roma, no matter what the arrangement is. If I can keep developing, earn playing time and have fun on the pitch that's all I ask.

"I had a very good season with Roma, and I'm happy at this club. My family is happy here and I feel really good at this club.

"I'm very happy here, for now I haven't discussed it with PSG. For the moment I'm concentrated on the Euros. We'll see after that."
