Bolt: To lose gold would be heartbreaking

Usain Bolt revealed he would be heartbroken should ha lose his 4x100m gold medal from the Beijing Olympics.

Fellow Jamaican teammate Nesta Carter reportedly tested positive for a banned substance during the retesting of 452 samples from the 2008 Games in Beijing.

If Carter’s B sample test is also positive, it is likely that officials will strip the Jamaican 4×100 team of their gold medals.

"I'm not too pleased about the situation," said the 100m world record holder.

"For years you've worked hard to accumulate gold medals and you work hard to be a champion, so it's heartbreaking, but it's one of those things.

"If I have to give back my gold medal, I'll have to give it back."
