Former Barcelona fullback Eric Abidal believes that France international Paul Pogba should join the Catalans if he decides to leave Seria A giants Juventus.

A number of biggest teams in Europe, including Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester United, have reportedly enquired about the Frenchman's services and Abidal thinks that a move to the Nou Camp will be in Pogba´s best interests.

Speaking to Spanish radio network Cadena COPE, the former left-back mentioned that he wasn't surprised in all the interest in the playmaker's services.

"No wonder all the biggest teams in the world want to sign Pogba," he said. "I don´t know what his dream is, yet I know very well that Barcelona is the best club in the world."

The 36-year-old also offered insight into reports suggesting that Brazilian star Neymar will be making a move to Paris Saint-Germain next season.

"Neymar to PSG? Right now he is with Barca because he wanted to go to the best team in the world. Hopefully the trident of him, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez will stay together for many years," he added.
