France’s Guitoune heading to Toulouse

Toulouse's recruitment drive for the 2016/17 season shows no signs of slowing down with Sofiane Guitoune set to join the club.

The Top 14 giants are expected to sign Guitoune to a three-year contract on Wednesday.

Formerly with Perpignan, Guitoune moved to his current club Bordeaux-Bègles in 2013 and can be used at centre, wing or full-back.

Guitoune, 26 with five caps for France, is the latest signing after the recruitment of Scotland lock Richie Gray and Fiji prop Manusa Saulo, who stood out in the Rugby World Cup.

Toulouse also announced on Wednesday that Talalelei Gray, who originally joined as a Rugby World Cup joker, has signed a two-year contract extension.
