Ricciardo’s end-of-season delight

The 2015 season has been a tough one for Daniel Ricciardo, and the Red Bull driver couldn't hide his excitement when the year's work finally came to an end on Tuesday.

Having finished third in the Drivers' Championship standings in 2014, Ricciardo would have been hoping to replicate that performance this year, but with the Renault-powered Red Bulls not in the same class as Mercedes, Ferrari or even Williams, Ricciardo had to settle for eighth spot, behind his young team-mate, Dani Kvyat.

Ricciardo finished in the top five on just four occasions, and on the podium twice; the season couldn't end quick enough for Red Bull, and finally it's come to an end.

Following Sunday's season-ending race in Abu Dhabi, the Formula 1 road show hung around for some testing for tyre provider, Pirelli, before calling time on the year's action.

This was cause for some delight for Ricciardo, with the Australian unleashing something of a victory dance…

Someone's excited seasons over.
