Even though Persipura will be without striker Lancine Kone, defender Ricardo Salampessy and midfielders Imanuel Wanggai and Ian Kabes, Filho still expects his side to win and qualify for the knockout stage of the tournament.
"The game tomorrow will be great game," Filho told the official AFC website. "Maziya will come looking for revenge after losing the first game.
"I have four players that cannot play, but it’s not a problem as I have other players to replace them. I will ask my players to maintain pressure during the game and get the three points to go to the next stage."
Meanwhile, Maziya head coach Ali Suzain acknowledged that his side will have to be at their best if they want to beat Persipura.
"We know that Persipura is strong team, now they lead in our group," he said. "They play strong and fast, but we come to Jayapura with good motivation.
"We want to get point, and we need to work extra hard to realise that."
