Ribery has been out of action since injurying his ankle during Bayern's 7-0 thrashing of Shakhtar Donetsk on March 11. Schweinsteiger meanwhile is still recovering from "a stubborn viral infection".
"It's a real shame but Bastian and Franck can't come with us," Bayern sporting executive Matthias Sammer told reporters in Munich.
Ribery and Schweinsteiger's unavailability is a major blow for Bayern, especially as they are already without Arjen Robben, David Alaba and Javi Martinez.
However, head coach Pep Guardiola will be able to select midfielder Thiago Alcantara and captain Philipp Lahm, along with centre-back Jerome Boateng.
But, due to all the injuries Bayern have been hit with, Sammer revealed that Guardiola may consider calling up a few youngsters.
"Pep will now decide whether to take along another of our young players," Sammer said.
