Park banned over doping

Marquez suffers big crash in MotoGP Australian GP FP1

Two-time world champion, Park, tested positive last September ahead of the Asian Games, for testosterone in an out of competition test conducted by FINA.

The suspension kicked in from September 3, 2014 and will run through to March 2, 2016. Any prize money won must be returned.

This means that the swimmers participation in the 2016 Rio Olympics is under threat.

At the 2008 Beijing Games, Park became a national hero when he powered his way to gold in the 400 metres freestyle.
