Hull handed FA charge

Colin Cowherd knows exactly how No. 3 Notre Dame and No. 12 Syracuse will end on Saturday

The visitors crowded referee Jon Moss after Michael Dawson and Alex Bruce were booked during the second half of a goalless draw.

A statement on the Football Association website confirmed the charge of “failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.”

FA chairman Greg Dyke spoke this week of his alarm at the increase in players surrounding referees, revealing almost three times as many have been charged with the offence this season compared to last.

Hull have until 6pm on Monday to answer the charge.
