Twitter Recap: BanKo-Perlas shows killer instinct against Pocari-Air Force

BanKo Perlas unleashed their killer instinct yet again and showed no mercy against Pocari-Air Force during their quarterfinals match-up today.

The Perlas Spikers leaned on their total team effort as they avenged their elimination round loss against the Lady Warriors in a straight-set fashion, 25-19, 25-14, 25-22.

American import Kia Bright did most of the damage for BanKo as she scored 19 points while Thai import Jutarat Motripila chipped in 16.

Despite being a strong team on paper prior the tournament, the Perlas Spikers fell pray to their opponents and failed to secure the first two spot for a downright semis-berth. They, however, defeated the top teams Creamline and PayMaya.

This is all a thing in the past now and BanKo Perlas’ goal is to make it to the final four, and they are just right in track after clinching their second win in the quarterfinals to keep their pristine record.
