Cocolife taps services of Kalei Mau for All-Filipino Conference

Even before the opening salvo of the season-ending conference of the Philippine Superliga, Cocolife Asset Managers are already beefing up its roster for the All-Filipino Conference.

In a tweet, the Asset Managers confirmed the inclusion of Kalei Mau to its roster for the All-Filipino Conference this September.

“[It’s] only a matter of days ‘till Kalei returns and formally joins the team for the @SuperLigaPH AFC. We are excited to welcome her back! 💙💚,” the tweet reads.

Mau, a half Filipina on her mother’s side, in return quote tweeted and said: “Can’t wait!”

The 6’1 outside hitter began her collegiate career with Minnesota before transferring to Arizona, where she played her last three seasons.

After her stint with Arizona, Mau then played for Mayaguez Indios in Puerto Rico from 2016-2017 and then with Nantes Volley-Ball in France from 2017-2018.

Here’s a video of her highlights:

With her height and her thunderous spikes from the wings, Mau is certainly going to wreak havoc come the All-Filipino Conference. Welcome to the Philippines, Mau!
