In a reply tweet on Wednesday, Mau responded to a now-deleted tweet by an anonymous user, who implied that the Cargo Movers illegally acquired the services of the outside hitter.

The 24-year old Filipino-American called out the user, saying the claim was ignorant and that the transfer was legally processed.

“I’ve been very quiet on here but this ignorant response stood out to me. Nothing in this process was done illegally,” said Mau.

The 6-foot-2 hitter further said that her decision was more than just for personal growth as by joining the F2 Logistics camp she also hopes to be at her best when she banner the national team.

“The decision is mine to make I wanted a team with a good coach, system, & a strong team that could help me improve so I’m at my best to represent this country,” the national team member said.

Mau officially signed with F2 Logistics yesterday morning and has already started training with the team.

She is billed to debut for Cargo Movers in the Philippine Superliga (PSL) All Filipino against Generika Ayala on Saturday.
