With F2 Logistics’ acquisition of Kalei Mau following the disbandment of the United Volleyball Club, the Cargo Movers’ team captain Aby Maraño welcomed the Fil-American ace in the team like no other.
Known for her best-mode-dont-care attitude inside the court, Maraño replied to Mau’s earlier tweet about moving to the F2 Logistics’ den.
“I’m so excited to go BEASTMODE with you sis,” the former La Salle standout wrote.

Incidentally, Maraño and Mau are also teammates in the national team, where they will try to lead the tri-colors to a podium finish in the upcoming Southeast Asian Games to be held here in the country later this year.
The Philippine Superliga (PSL) All-Filipino Conference is set to open four days from now, and with F2’s acquisition of Mau, the Cargo Movers have better chance to win the crown, which they last won in the 2016 iteration.
Mau is a prolific open hitter who could storm numbers for the squad while Maraño is an intense leader who could pump up the team any time in the game.
