Sisi Rondina is one of the few volleyball players who could contribute on offense and defense. For the most part of her professional career with Petron, the high-flying open spiker is a source of consistent performance both from the scoring and non-scoring departments.
Their last game of the preliminaries against Foton is just another day for the hard-hitting Cebuana as she finished with a triple-double performance yet again.
Coming off from a moral-boosting victory against rival F2 Logistics, Petron survived a gutsy Foton team in five sets.
And behind this feat is none other than Rondina.
The former UST standout exploded for 32 points built from 27 attacks, four blocks, and an ace. She, however, is not all offense as Rondina likewise produced 20 digs and 10 receives to help make Petron’s floor defense look rock s0lid.

Rondina’s all-around performance was not put to naught as her squad finished the preliminaries on top of the standings, only losing one – at the hands of F2 Logistics – of their 14 total games. They will face eighth-ranked Sta. Lucia in the quarterfinals.
