Twitter Recap: The best reactions on DLSU’s Third Grand Slam

The De La Salle University finished the FEU Lady Tamaraws in yet another tightly-contested Game 2 of the Finals, 26-24, 25-20, 26-24, to capture their third straight championship since Season 78 and their grand slam in two decades, after winning it in Seasons 66-68 and Seasons 73-75.

Graduating player Kim Dy led all scorers with 18 points on 15 attacks, two kill blocks and a service ace while veteran libero Dawn Macandili registered 21 excellent digs and eight receptions, which steered her to win the Finals Most Valuable Player.

Bernadeth Pons was the lone bright spot for the green and gold squad, who failed to give its school their 30th championship. She bounced back from a dismal Game 1 after scoring 17 points from 15 attacks, a block, and an ace.

Here are some of the wildest and the best reactions from the twitter-verse on the Lady Spikers’ third grand slam.
