Sealed, signed, and — possibly — to be delivered soon.
NCAA star Lourdes Clemente’s stint for the De La Salle University in the upcoming UAAP Season 81 Women’s Volleyball Tournament seemed to be good as guaranteed already as she sported a green-and-white jersey.
In a post via her official Twitter account Thursday night, the 6-foot-2 middle blocker gave a glimpse of her possible look for the next few months as she wore the Lady Spikers jersey during a photoshoot.
“Born to express not to impress,” Clemente’s caption read.

After exhausting her playing year in NCAA, the middle blocker out of University of Perpetual Help is reportedly tipped to suit for DLSU as a one-and-done player.
The two-time NCAA Best Blocker has been seen participating in the Lady Spikers’ activities and trainings since last year and was even in attendance during the team’s annual training at Baguio early January.
The former national team member is expected to blossom under the tutelage of coach Ramil de Jesus, the man behind some of the country’s best middle blockers in Maureen Penetrante-Quano, Jacq Alarca, Aby Maraño, Mika Reyes, and Majoy Baron.
No longer a stranger to de Jesus’ system after playing for the F2 Logistics in the past, her arrival at Taft is a welcome reinforcement as the team shoots for its 12th UAAP title sans the deadly trio of Kim Dy, Dawn Macandili and Baron, who have all maxed out their playing years.
Clemente will be pairing up with Aduke Ogunsanya in manning the middle while Des Cheng, Tin Tiamzon, May Luna and incoming rookie Jolina dela Cruz mind the wings as La Salle go for rare 4-peat feat.
Per reports, Clemente could get the green signal as she met the criteria for transferees and student-athletes.
