Senior libero CJ Saga was quick to quash the rumors regarding her departure from the DLSU Lady Spikers.
In an Instagram story and post, Saga debunked the rumors on her non-return to the Taft-based squad for next UAAP season.
This came after fellow seniors May Luna and Norielle Ipac were spotted training with the Cignal HD Spikers on Wednesday, leading to speculations that the three players will be foregoing their last playing year.
But according to Saga, she will use her final year of eligibility for the green-and-white in UAAP Season 82.
She wrote: “Para klaro, mudula pako.”
Saga entered the La Salle camp in Season 78 alongside Luna and Ipac.
Since then, she has played three different positions for the team: as defense specialist in her first two years, as a setter in Season 80 and as the main libero in Season 81.
The three-time UAAP champ finished last season as the third best receiver (44.26 percent efficiency) and fifth best digger (4.37 digs per set).
